Easy Vegetable Soup

In the mood for some cook home cooked vegetable soup? Here is a quick and simple way to make some hearty soup full of carrots, potatoes, green beans and dried thyme leaves.

Ingredients

  • Soup 2 cans (14 oz. each) Swanson(r) Seasoned Beef Broth with Onion
  • 1/4 tsp. dried thyme leaves, crushed
  • 2 medium carrots, sliced
  • 1 medium potato, cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 1 C. fresh or frozen cut green beans

Directions

Mix broth, thyme, carrots, potato and beans in saucepan. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 15 minutes.
