Easy Vegetable Soup
Ingredients
- Soup 2 cans (14 oz. each) Swanson(r) Seasoned Beef Broth with Onion
- 1/4 tsp. dried thyme leaves, crushed
- 2 medium carrots, sliced
- 1 medium potato, cut into 1 inch pieces
- 1 C. fresh or frozen cut green beans
Directions
Mix broth, thyme, carrots, potato and beans in saucepan. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 15 minutes.
