Easy White Chocolate and Macadamia Nut Brownies

Not too chocolaty because of the white chocolate to balance it out and lots of nuts for a sweet crunch.

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
  • 2 eggs, well beaten
  • 1/3 C. butter or margarine, melted
  • 1/4 C. water
  • 1 small jar macadamia nuts, coarsely chopped
  • 1 C. white chocolate chips

Directions

Mix cake mix, eggs, butter and water; add nuts and chips. Stir well. Spread mixture in ungreased 8 inch square pan. Bake at 350 for 35-38 minutes. Brownies should be set, but not dry. Store covered.
