Egg and Bacon Bagel Breakfast Sandwich

- 1 egg
- 1/2 oz. milk
- 1/3 C. shredded cheese
- 2 slices bacon, cooked
- pinch salt and pepper
- 1 bagel, toasted
Grease the inner surface of a small plastic dish. Mix together the egg and milk in the dish with a fork. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Fold a paper towel in half lengthwise and cover the dish by wrapping the towel over the top and tucking the ends under the bottom.
Meanwhile, toast the bagel. At 60% power, microwave your egg for 48 seconds. Remove and lightly shake to ensure that it is cooking evenly. Recover with the towel and cook at 90% power for 50 seconds. Remove and add the cheese. Cook at full power for 10 seconds to melt the cheese.
Invert the dish over half the bagel to remove the egg. Top the bagel with cooked bacon and the top of the bagel.
