Egg, Tomato And Cheese Salad
Ingredients
- 4 C. torn salad greens
- 4 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
- 3 oz. thinly sliced Canadian mozzarella cheese or 4 slices processed mozzarella cheese
- 4 tomatoes, sliced
- Black olives (optional)
- 1/3 C. herb vinaigrette
Directions
Divide salad greens among 4 dinner plates. Arrange egg, cheese and tomato slices on top of lettuce, overlapping slices. Garnish with black olives. Drizzle dressing over top. Serve immediately.
Yield: 4 servings.
