Ingredients

  • 1/4 C. rolled oats
  • 1/2 C. flour
  • 1/2 C. cornmeal
  • 1 Tbs. baking powder
  • 1/1/2 C. water
  • 2-3 bananas, slice or mashed

Directions

Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. Pour the batter into an oiled, preheated frying pan. Fry over low heat, on one side, until done, then flip over and fry on the other side.
