This recipe is definitely something to try out if you’re bored making the same desert every year. From the crust to the filling, everything from this recipe is homemade.   • 1 cup of graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar
  • 3 tablespoons of unsalted melted butter
  • 3-8 ounces of cream cheese
  • 1 cup of granulated sugar
  • 3 tablespoons of all-purpose flour
  • ¾ cup of eggnog
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons of rum
  • ¼ teaspoon of ground nutmeg

Preheat the oven at 350F.
Using a large mixing bowl, mix together the graham cracker crumbs, 2 tablespoons of sugar, and melted butter until it looks like wet sand.
With 9inch spring form pan, place the wet graham cracker mixture into the pan and press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of the pan. Bake the crust for 10-15 minutes until it is light golden. Let it cool to room temperature
With a blender, blend together the eggnog, rum, sugar, nutmeg, and cream cheese on high or liquefy for a good 30 seconds.
Pour the eggnog mixture into pre-baked crust and bake for 45-50 minutes or until the batter is barely firm.
Let it cool to room temperature and remove the ring.
Cover the bake with ceramic wrap and refrigerate until it is completely chilled.
