  • 2 C. flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 C. sugar
  • 1/2 tbs nutmeg
  • 1/2 tbs cinnamon
  • 1 C. buttermilk
  • 1 C. eggnog
  • 1/3 C. vegetable oil
  • 1 C. blueberries, to serve
  • 1 C. raspberries, to serve

Sift together flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking soda, baking powder andsalt into a medium bowl. In mixing bowl, beat eggs until blended. Add sugar, beating until creamy. Add buttermilk, eggnog and oil. Beat well. Stir in dry ingredients until blended. Cook in waffle iron according to manufacturer's directions. Serve with blueberries and raspberries.
