  • one 24-oz. package refrigerated eggplant Parmesan
  • 3 C. farfalle pasta
  • 1 Tbs. fresh basil

Cook pasta according to package directions and drain.  While pasta is cooking, heat eggplant Parmesan according to package directions.  Next, cut eggplant into bite-size pieces.  Stir together pasta and eggplant and garnish with basil.
