Eggplant Parmesan Pasta
Ingredients
- one 24-oz. package refrigerated eggplant Parmesan
- 3 C. farfalle pasta
- 1 Tbs. fresh basil
Directions
Cook pasta according to package directions and drain. While pasta is cooking, heat eggplant Parmesan according to package directions. Next, cut eggplant into bite-size pieces. Stir together pasta and eggplant and garnish with basil.
