Eggs Scramble

  • 1 lb. thawed sausage
  • 16 oz. frozen potatoes
  • 8 eggs
  • 4 oz. garlic cheese
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 2 Tbs. canola oil
  • 1/2 C. milk

Place 2 Tbs. of oil in frying pan and heat. Add potatoes and cook until brown. While potatoes are cooking, take another frying pan and add sausage. Cook sausage until done. Add sausage to potatoes and continue to saute. Take 8 eggs and crack into mixing bowl. Add milk and garlic cheese to eggs with salt and pepper. Whisk together and add to frying pan with potatoes and sausage. Cook until eggs are done.
