Eggs with Chicken Livers

Ingredients
- 4 chicken livers, finely diced
- 2 Tbs. butter
- 1 Tbs. sherry wine
- 3 Tbs. warm water
- 4 eggs
- 1 Tbs. butter
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 8 asparagus tips
Directions
Brown chicken livers lightly in butter. Add wine and cook 5 minutes. Add water and cook for 2 more minutes. Break eggs into a greased shallow baking dish. Sprinkle with butter, salt and pepper. Cook in oven at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Pour livers over eggs, garnish with asparagus and bake for 5 more minutes.
