Ingredients

  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 C. eggnog
  • 2 Tbs. white sugar
  • 2 Tbs. nutmeg
  • 2 strawberries, sliced
  • 1 Tbs. mint leaves

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat eggs, eggnog and sugar in a mixing bowl. Pour into baking dish. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Add 1 inch of water. Bake in oven for 40 to 45 minutes. Top with strawberries and mint before serving.
