  • 1 box sponge cake (+ ingredients)
  • 1 C. espresso, strong
  • 4 Tbs. coffee liqueur
  • ½ semi-sweet chocolate (+ more to shave on top)
  • ½ C. heavy cream
  • 3 C. mascarpone cream

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and bake the sponge cake mix according to the package's instructions. Combine the espresso and liqueur by whisking it together. Combine the chocolate and heavy cream by melting it in the microwave. Cut the cake into squares once it cools into 2 in. by 1 in. rectangles.
