Enchilada Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 14 oz. can red enchilada sauce
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 10 corn tortillas, torn in pieces
- 1 8 oz. package shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 lb. hamburger, cooked
Directions
Mix the first three ingredients together in a bowl. They don't have to be blended, just lightly mixed. Pour a little bit of this sauce into a 9x12 baking dish just to cover the bottom. lst layer: 5 tortillas torn in pieces, then hamburger, 1/2 the cheese, 1/2 the sauce, then 4 or 5 more torn tortillas, the rest of the sauce and cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for about 35 minutes (until the middle is bubbly). I serve with salad, tortilla chips, and cheese dip. It's a family favorite.
