Enchilada Pie

Ingredients
- 1 lb. hamburger meat
- 1 can cream of mushroom
- 1 can cream of chicken
- 1 can enchilada sauce, mild
- Tostitos, plain
- American cheese slices as desired
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 C. milk
Directions
Brown meat with onion, drain off grease. Add cream of mushroom, cream of chicken, enchilada sauce, milk. Let simmer for 5 minutes to let ingredients meld. Meanwhile, crush chips in casserole dish. Add meat mixture and stir, place cheese on top and bake at 350 degrees until cheese melts.
To make a hotter version, leave out milk, switch mild enchilada sauce for hot, and add sliced jalapeno peppers and juice. Follow directions as is.
