It's hard to imagine that this recipe isn't a full meal on its own! This is the ultimate pre-workout smoothie or breakfast substitution and one of the most healthiest drinks to make. It's also vegan!

  • 2 Large Oranges
  • 3 Large Apples (granny smith or figi)
  • 2 Large Carrots
  • 1 Small Bundle of Broccoli
  • 2 Bananas
  • 2 tsp Flax Seeds* (optional)

Peel oranges and chop into wedges, along with apples. Cut carrots and broccoli into chunks. Place all ingredients into a blender and use the chop or pulse setting to break down carrots and broccoli. Switch to puree and blend for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until smooth.
