Ingredients
- 2 lbs. lamb shoulder, cut in 1-inch cubes
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 3 sm. yellow squashes, cut in 2-inch pieces
- 1 C. boiling water
- 2 Tbs. butter or margarine, melted
- 1/4 C. flour
- 2 envelopes instant chicken broth
- 1/2 tsp. rosemary
- 1 lg. onion, sliced and separated into rings
- 12 sm. potatoes, pared and halved
Directions
Mix all ingredients and bake at 350 degrees for 3 hours. Makes 6-8 servings.
