English Pea and Crab Salad

This is a crowd pleaser at family reunions and summer parties.

  • 3 cans sweet peas
  • 2 cans crab meat
  • 1 pkg. cubed cheddar cheese
  • 4-6 green onions
  • 1/3 C. light mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbs. Dijon mustard
  • 1 Tbs. celery salt

Drain and rinse peas. Pour in medium bowl. Drain crab meat and flake into bowl. Cut cheese cubes into quarters and add to bowl. Rinse and chop green onions and add to bowl. Gently stir ingredients. Add mayonnaise, mustard and celery salt. Gently stir. Cover bowl and chill overnight.
