  • 3 8-oz. cans sweet peas
  • 2 6-oz. cans crab meat
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1 pkg. cubed Cheddar cheese
  • 4-6 green onions
  • 1/3 C. light mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbs. Dijon mustard
  • 1 Tbs. celery salt

Drain and rinse peas.  Pour into a medium bowl.  Drain crab meat and flake into bowl.  Chop eggs and add to bowl.  Cut cheese cubes into quarters and add to bowl.  Rinse and chop green onions and add to bowl.  Gently stir ingredients.  Add mayonnaise, mustard and celery salt.  Gently stir. Cover bowl and chill overnight.
