- 3-4 chicken breasts
- 2 pkg. dry Italian seasonings dressing mix
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 2 8 oz. Cream cheese
- 1 (16 oz) pkg. penne pasta cooked
Cook in crock pot the chicken and soup all day until chicken is tender and falls apart. One hour before serving, pull out chicken and tear into bite-size pieces. To the soup in the crock pot, add cream cheese cut into little pieces and the Italian seasonings and mix well until cream cheese is melted and all is blended together. Add chicken and let simmer in crockpot for one hour. Serve over pasta. This is my grandson’s favorite dinner.
