Ingredients

  • one 17-oz. can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 C. cracker crumbs
  • one 5.75-oz. can evaporated milk
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 2 Tbs. butter

Directions

Combine corns, crumbs and milk in 1-quart casserole. Mix well. Stir in egg. Dot with butter. Cover. Microwave 7.5 minutes on "8" or until set. Let stand 3-5 minutes covered. Garnish with paprika, if desired.
