These chilled cocoa and oat cookies are a delight in the summer heat.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 C. butter
  • 3/4 C. sugar
  • 3 Tbs. cocoa
  • 1 Tbs. water
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 C. rolled oats

Directions

Mix sugar and cocoa. Add butter, water and vanilla. Mix in rolled oats. Refrigerate over night. Roll into balls and roll in powdered sugar
