- 5 oz. double cream
- 12 1/4 oz. chocolate chips
- 1 1/2 tsp. espresso powder
- 6 brownies
- vanilla ice cream, to taste

Melt the heavy cream, chocolate chips, and espresso in a bowl over simmering water. Stir occasionally until smooth. Place a brownie on each plate and drizzle with chocolate sauce. Top with ice cream and more sauce.
