Ingredients

  • 32 oz. pancake flour
  • 1 quart water
  • 6 eggs
  • 1/2 lb. butter
  • 1 Tbs. vanilla extract
  • 1 quart vanilla ice cream
  • 1 C. raspberries, to serve
  • Chocolate sauce, to serve

Directions

To make waffles, melt butter in double boiler. Add water to beaten eggs. Mix well. Add vanilla. Add flour little by little to egg mixture. Pour melted butter into flour mix. Pour into heated Belgian Waffle irons or cook in on the griddle until very slightly crispy. When cooking, dough should spread on the surface very flat and pancakes should be very thin.
