Everything Chowder

Ingredients
- polish sausage, thinly sliced or 1 can minced clams
- 2 med. onions, minced
- 3 C. water
- one 16-oz. can cream-style corn
- one 13-oz. can evaporated milk
- one 14-oz. can cream of potato soup
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 4 Tbs. butter, optional
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
Directions
Brown sausage and drain on paper towels. If you use fresh onions, brown with sausage. Dump remaining ingredients in a pot with sausage and onions and heat slowly.
