Everything Omelet

A healthy and scrumptious omelet full of exotic taste and something for everyone.

  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 sm. green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1/2 sm. red bell pepper, sliced
  • 3 slices turkey bacon, chopped
  • 3 slices smoked turkey, chopped
  • 2 Tbs. imitation butter
  • shredded non fat cheddar cheese

Heat butter in non-stick pan. Add onions and red and green pepper and cook for about a minute on medium heat or until vegetables are tender. Add turkey bacon and turkey and cook for a few seconds, then add eggs, salt and pepper to taste and shredded cheese. Fold over after a minute or so and cook until eggs are fully cooked. Top with more shredded cheese if desired.
