Exquisite Scrambled Eggs
Ingredients
- 8 eggs
- 4 Tbs. plain yogurt
- 2 tsp. dried marjoram
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- pinch of pepper
- 2 Tbs. unsalted butter
Directions
Break eggs into a mixing bowl. Whisk in yogurt, marjoram, salt, and pepper until well blended. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Pour in egg mixture and cook, stirring frequently, until firm but not hard. These eggs have a softer texture than usual scrambled eggs. Serve immediately.
