Extra Cheesy and Easy Lasagna
Serving Size / Yield
- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 C tomato-basil pasta sauce
- 6 lasagna noodles
- 15 oz ricotta cheese
- 10 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 C hot water
- Nonstick cooking spray
Preheat oven at 375 degrees.
Cook beef in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook until no longer pink. Drain grease and add pasta sauce.
Follow box instructions for cooking lasagna noodles.
Spray baking dish with nonstick cooking spray and cover bottom of dish with some meat sauce. Layer with one noodle and pour some sauce and ricotta cheese and mozzarella cheese. Repeat for each layer. Slowly pour 1/4 cup hot water around inside edge of dish.
Bake for 45 minutes covered with aluminum foil. Uncover and bake for 10 more minutes. Let cool for 10 minutes and serve.
