  • 12 lasagna noodles
  • 1 container of cottage cheese

  • 15 oz. ricotta cheese
  • 2 eggs

  • 1/2 cup pesto sauce
  • 2 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 2 jars tomato basil pasta sauce

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Cook and drain lasagna noodles. In a separate bowl, stir in the rest of the ingredients. In a skillet, cook beef meat until tender and brown. Spread over beef mixture on one noodle layer, then the cheese mixture and top with another noodle; repeat. Top it with cottage cheese mixture and plac eover 3 noodles. Bake for 40 minutes.
