  • 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 lb. ground pork sausage
  • 2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1 can diced tomatoes with green chile peppers, undrained

Cook the beef and sausage in a skillet until no longer pink. Meanwhile, melt the Velveeta in a saucepan over low. Stir in the tomatoes and green chiles while the cheese is melting. Drain the beef and sausage and add to the cheese mixture. Serve warm with tortilla chips.
