Ingredients
- 1/4 C. butter
- 1/4 C. flour
- 1 1/4 C. milk
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- dash nutmeg
Directions
Melt butter and blend in flour until smooth. Add milk gradually, salt and nutmeg and simmer. Stir constantly until thickened.
