Ingredients

  • 1/4 C. butter
  • 1/4 C. flour
  • 1 1/4 C. milk
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • dash nutmeg

Directions

Melt butter and blend in flour until smooth. Add milk gradually, salt and nutmeg and simmer. Stir constantly until thickened.
