Extra Lucky Chocolate Cupcake Recipe

- 1-1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup cold water
- 1/3 cup canola or vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- vanilla icing
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Add flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt in an bowl.
Now, pour water, oil, vinegar, and vanilla over mixture in the bowl.
Mix well and smooth out batter.
In a paper lined or a greased cupcake pan, pour the batter inside.
Bake for about 30 minutes or until cupcakes are done in the middle.
Frost cake with vanilla icing and sprinkles.
