  • 12 sweet shortcut pastry cases
  • 5½ oz. dark chocolate
  • 7 oz. double cream
  • 9 oz. salted caramel
  • 3½ oz. Baileys
  • Dash of sea salt flakes

Cover the base of each pastry case with the salted caramel. Place them into the fridge. Melt the dark chocolate in the microwave. Pour in the Baileys and cream. Mix it until it is smooth. Pour the ganache into each pastry. Place them into the refrigerator for 30 minutes, so the ganache can set. Dash some sea salt on each pastry.
