Ingredients

  • ½ Pound of Macaroni Noodles
  • 1 Can of Pineapple Chunks
  • 2 Cups of Cooked Cubed Ham
  • 2 Cups of Cubed Cheddar Cheese
  • ⅓ Cup of Green Onion
  • 1 Cup of Mayonnaise
  • 1 Cup of Plain Greek Yogurt
  • ¼ Cup of Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon of Brown Sugar

While your pasta is boiling, combine the mayonnaise, greek yogurt, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, and half of the juice in the can of pineapple chunks in a bowl and whisk it together. This will be the sauce for the salad.

Once the pasta is cooked and cooled, add the pineapple, ham, cheese, and green onion to the pasta. Then, coat the pasta mix with the sauce and serve cold.
