  • 1 C. milk
  • 3 C. think dill pickles, sliced
  • 2 C. flour
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • ¼ tsp. pepper
  • Oil for frying

In a bowl combine the flour, salt and pepper. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and milk. Remove the moister from the pickles. Coat the pickles with the flour mixture and then dip them in to the egg mixture. In a frying pan heat your oil and place the pickles into the pan until they are golden brown. Flip them once, half way through, about five minutes in. Enjoy!
