  • 1 lb of sliced field mushrooms
  • 1 clove garlic (sliced)
  • 18 fl oz of milk
  • 4 fl oz of heavy cream
  • 3-4 C. of chicken broth
  • 1 C. fresh greens

Melt butter in a large saucepan with sliced garlic. Add field mushrooms and sliced carrot to taste, cook it for 5 to 7 minutes until the mushrooms are slightly browned. Reduce heat and cover it with chicken broth and milk; simmer for another 15 minutes. After, remove from the heat, add cream and stir it. Season it with salt and pepper, add fresh greens before serving.
