Fannie May's White Chocolate Dipped In Strawberries

- 1 C. white chocolate, diced
- 1 C. heavy cream
- 1 Tbs. clear vanilla
- 1/2 C. chocolate chips, melted
Place white chocolate into a medium bowl. Heat the cream in a small saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat and pour over over white chocolate. Mix until smooth. Allow to cool to room temperature and then add the vanilla. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Drizzle with melted chocolate chips.
