Fantastic Creamy Mashed Potatoes
Ingredients
- potatoes (enough for your desired serving)
- 1 sm. container sour cream
- 1 sm. container cottage cheese
- 1 stick butter or margarine
- salt and pepper
Directions
Boil potatoes until soft. Drain. Start mashing and add butter to your taste. Next add sour cream and cottage cheese, 1 Tbs. at a time, and salt and pepper to taste. If potatoes are not yet at soup-like consistency, add a bit of milk to thin out.
