Ingredients

  • Fajitas:
  • 1 lb. flank steak
  • 1 Tbs. vegetable oil
  • 1 white onion, julienned
  • 1 red onion, julienned
  • 1 large jalapeno pepper, sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • Marinade:
  • 3 Tbs. olive oil
  • 3 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 ½ tsp. chili powder
  • 2 ½ tsp. cumin
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. freshly cracked black pepper
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 1 handful chopped cilantro
  • 1 bottle (12 oz.) light beer, optional

Directions

In a bowl, whisk together the steak marinade. Place the steak in the bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours and up to one day. Heat the skillet on medium-high heat and add the olive oil. Once the oil is hot, cook the steak strips. Before the steak is cooked through, add in the veggies and sautee.
