Fantastic Fried Rice

This recipe is very versatile. You can add whatever vegetables you like. I use the orzo pasta since some of my family members cannot eat rice for medical reasons. Serve with my Chinese Sweet and Sour Chicken and enjoy. Get a few egg rolls from the frozen section of your grocer and make a pot of tea. Who needs take out??

  • ilove2cook2 does great recipes or I like them.... either I make the same or similar and you seem practical. I guess it is a area thing, cause I don't know what or where to find the Fried Rice Mix, but I figure the Bok Choy is in that....... sorry I did not get it first off. I do like your recipes that I have read so far, this one threw me a bit though. Thanks for sharing.

  • HUH? This recipe makes no sense to me...... is half of it missing? What is with the bok choy and where is the egg? I have NEVER had fried rice that did not have egg in it. And if you use a fried rice mix, isn't there rice in that? I have never heard of that brand before, so I need a better recipe.
