This is truly wonderful and delicious. Make a day ahead of time, or the morning before serving!

Ingredients

  • 1 bag mini marshmallows
  • 1 can mandarin oranges, drained and halved
  • 1 can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 container sour cream
  • 1/2 C. coconut, shredded

Directions

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and place in refrigerator to chill for a minimum of 6 hours before serving.

  • Better still, add some maraschino cherries, halved. Also adds some color to this tasty dessert.

  • 1-20 oz.can of drained and crushed pineapple,1- 15 oz. can of mandarin oranges (cut in half),and 1/2 of 10 oz
    bag of mini marshmello's (more/less) up to you.
    1-16 oz. container of sour cream.
