This is a great "go-to" dinner when you want something quick, delicious, healthy, and filling. Pleasing to the eye and the taste buds! This recipe has been modernized from my full Italian-American grandmother's original recipe. Only 7 grams of fat per serving, and no trans fat.

Brown sausage crumbles in large non-stick skillet for about 3 minutes. Add tomatoes and tomato paste, then stir well. Mix in water and seasoning. Cover and simmer on low until pasta is ready. For rigatoni, follow directions on package (about 12 minutes boiling time). Drain well and carefully stir into the sauce. Serve and garnish with Parmesan cheese.
