Ingredients
- one 9.6-oz. pkg. Jimmy Dean Turkey Italian Sausage Crumbles (already fully cooked)
- one 6-oz. can tomato paste
- two 14.5-oz. cans Italian style petite diced tomatoes
- 1 C. water
- 2 Tbs. dry Italian seasoning
- one 16-oz. box rigatoni
- Parmesan cheese (optional)
Directions
Brown sausage crumbles in large non-stick skillet for about 3 minutes. Add tomatoes and tomato paste, then stir well. Mix in water and seasoning. Cover and simmer on low until pasta is ready. For rigatoni, follow directions on package (about 12 minutes boiling time). Drain well and carefully stir into the sauce. Serve and garnish with Parmesan cheese.
