  • 2 ¼ C. Bisquick
  • 2/3 C. buttermilk
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1 T. butter, melted

Mix together the Bisquick, buttermilk, and sugar until well combined. Add the melted butter and stir until a dough forms. Knead 20 times on a well-floured surface, then roll to about ½ inch thick. Cut out 2 inch round circles, then place on a baking sheet. Top with a brush of melted butter, then bake for 8 minutes at 450 degrees.
