Fat Free Turkey Meatballs with Fat Free Turkey Gravy

This is one of the best meals I have ever made and have tasted. Not only is it fat free but the spices that are added to the meatballs and the gravy are simply delicious.

  • 3 lb. Shady Brook Ground Turkey Meat, 7% Fat
  • 1/2 C. Minced Onion (Fresh)
  • 1/2 C. Parsley (Fresh)
  • 1/2 C. Granulated Garlic
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 C. Bread Crumbs or 2 C. Fat Free Rice Krispies, Any Brand
  • 1/4 C. Chicken Seasoning
  • 1/4 C. Seasoned Salt
  • Any Other Spices You Prefer

Combine the ground turkey meat, with all the spices. Add or subtract the spices, to your own flavor. Once that is done, take a full Tbs. of the combination, round in out in your hand, place it in a frying pan. Add small amounts of water to the meatballs frying in the frying pan. Add more of the above spices, to the water, that the meatballs are frying in. Your fat free meatballs, are cooking in spiced water, which you can later spoon out over your meatballs, for added flavor.

Place your cooked meatballs in a container; cover them with fat free turkey gravy.

Hint-the spices from the meatballs will combine with the fat free gravy in your covered container. The following night, the fat free gravy will have taken on the spices from the meatballs, giving you the most incredibly spiced, fat free meatball and gravy; you will ever have tasted in your life.
