Father's Day Delight
Ingredients
- 1 pkg. (4 servings) lime gelatin
- 1 pkg. (4-servings) lemon gelatin
- 1 can crushed pineapple, undrained
- 1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
- 1/2 pt. heavy cream
- 1/2 C. sugar
- 1 C. miniature marshmallows
- 1 C. chopped pecans
Directions
Combine gelatins with 2 cups boiling water, per package instructions. Add undrained pineapple and let cool. Whip cream cheese and heavy cream, combine with sugar, then blend with gelatin mixture. Pour into large pan, add marshmallows and pecans, and let set. Chill thoroughly, cut into squares, and serve.
