This fruit punch recipe is very simple! Whenever a punch is required, we're asked to make this recipe! Everyone enjoys it and it disappears very quickly.

Ingredients

  • 1 46-oz. bottle plain cranberry juice, chilled
  • 1 46-oz. can unsweetened pineapple juice, chilled
  • 1 liter orange-dry soda, chilled
  • Garnishes (optional):
  • 1 sm. container raspberry sherbet or sorbet
  • OR
  • 1 sm. orange (unblemished skin), sliced into rounds and pits removed

Directions

In a large punch bowl, pour in the cranberry and pineapple juices. Add the soda; mix gently.

If desired, you may float small scoops of the sherbet or sorbet on top of the punch or float orange slices. Serve in small glasses or punch cups and enjoy!

Note: You may used low-calorie cranberry juice or "diet" soda.
