Festive Cranberry Stuffing
Ingredients
- 1 14-oz. can chicken broth (1 3/4 C.)
- generous dash of black pepper
- 1 stalk celery, coarsely chopped (about 1/2 C.)
- 1/2 C. fresh or frozen cranberries
- 1 small onion, coarsely chopped (about 1/4 C.)
- 4 C. herb seasoned stuffing
Directions
Mix broth, black pepper, celery, cranberries and onion in medium saucepan over high heat. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Add stuffing. Mix lightly.
