- 1 1/4 C. cashew butter
- 1/4 C. all-natural maple syrup
- 1 tbsp. blackstrap molasses
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 3/4 tsp ground ginger
- Begin by preheating your oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine all ingredients into a food processor and blend together.
- Scoop a spoonful of cookie dough and put it on a baking sheet.
- Bake for about 12-15 minutes.
- When done let the cookies cool and then enjoy.
