Ingredients

  • 1/2 C. butter
  • 1 C. sugar
  • 1 3-oz. pkg. peach gelatin
  • 2 Tbs. cornstarch
  • 1 8-oz pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 C. confectioners' sugar
  • 2 C. whipped topping

Directions

Heat a small saucepan. Place butter, sugar, gelatin and cornstrach. Stir until smooth. Bring to boil. Cook and stir for 5-6 minutes or until thick. Set aside to cool. Beat cream cheese and confectioners' sugar until smooth. Beat in 1 C. whipped topping until blended. Pour gelatin mixture in jar. Top with remaining whipped topping. If desired, garnish with nuts.
