  • 2 C. graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 C. margarine, melted
  • 1/4 C. sugar
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 2 Tbs. vanilla extract
  • 4 C. whipped cream
  • 1 C. caramel sauce
  • 1/2 C. walnuts

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a small bowl, mix crumbs, butter and sugar. Press mixture on bottom of 8-by-8 inch square pan. Bake for 5 minutes. Set aside. In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and vanilla. Fold in whipped cream. Pour mixture on top of crust. Drizzle with caramel sauce and walnuts. Chill for 3 hours before serving.
