Feta Cheese Dip

Smooth and creamy, this is a delicious dish if you're a feta-fan.

Ingredients

  • 1 minced small jalapeno pepper
  • 1 sprig fresh dill weed or 1/2 tsp. dried dill
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 4 oz. Feta cheese
  • 4 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbs. buttermilk

Directions

Combine all ingredients, except buttermilk in a blender or food processor. Blend until combined. Add buttermilk and mix. Serve with vegetables and crackers.
